Join us as we remember those lives lost to transphobia at Transgender Day of Remembrance on Monday, November 20 at Buhler Hall and the patio in the Canadian Museum for Human Rights (85 Israel Asper Way, Winnipeg)
Join us for a Sacred Fire at 6:00 PM, followed by a Pipe Ceremony and blessing of food by Elders Charlotte Nolin and Barbara Bruce at 6:30 PM. Feast and speeches at 7:30 PM
This event has been collaboratively organized by Klinic Community Health Centre, Manitoba Moon Voices, Pride Winnipeg, Rainbow Resource Centre, Sunshine House, Trans Manitoba, Two-Spirit Manitoba and UMSU Rainbow Pride Center.
