Pricing and Booking

Due to the high volume of workshop requests, we require 2-3 months' notice for a workshop booking.

Rainbow Resource Centre workshops are priced as follows:

• Standard workshops
  • $450 per hour
    • The above price are for groups of 20 participants or fewer. For groups over 20 participants, an additional fee of $10 per additional participant will be charged. There is a maximum of 50 participants in a workshop. If your group consists of more than 50 participants, please contact us to discuss your request.
    • Travel fees may apply to in-person workshop requests outside of Winnipeg.
  • Schools: $150 per hour
    • The above prices are for groups of 20 participants or fewer. For groups over 20 participants, an additional fee of $10 per additional participant will be charged. There is a maximum of 50 participants in a workshop. If your group consists of more than 50 participants, please contact us to discuss your request.
    • Travel fees may apply to in-person workshop requests outside of Winnipeg.

• Custom workshops
  • $500 per hour
  • Schools: $200 per hour
  • The above prices are for groups of 20 participants or fewer. For groups over 20 participants, an additional fee of $10 per additional participant will be charged. There is a maximum of 50 participants in a workshop. If your group consists of more than 50 participants, please contact us to discuss your request.

• Prerecorded workshops
  • For 1 to 10 participants, $50 per person
  • For 11 to 25 participants, $50 per person, includes a live Q&A session
  • For 26 to 50 participants, $1,500 flat rate, includes a live Q&A session
  • For 51 to 100 participants, $2,000 flat rate, includes a live Q&A session
  • For 101 to 150 participants, $2,500 flat rate, includes a live Q&A session
  • For 151 to 200 participants, $3,000 flat rate, includes a live Q&A session
  • If your group is larger than 200 participants, please contact us to discuss your request.

We work on a sliding scale if budget is a concern; please contact info@rainbowresourcecentre.org to discuss, or specify this in the workshop request form.

• Uplift the voices of 2SLGBTQ+ individuals

We reserve the right to guide conversations and participation with these focuses, despite possible discomfort for non-2SLGBTQ+ individuals.
