Workshop participants will:
- Differentiate between sex assigned at birth, gender identity, gender expression, attraction, and cultural identities
- Recognize systems of oppression, such as cissexism, cisnormativity, heterosexism, and heteronormativity
- Create safe(r) spaces for 2SLGBTQ+ individuals
Workshops
2SLGBTQ+ Awareness, Inclusion, and Affirmation
This 3-hour workshop will enhance your organization’s capacity to create and maintain safe(r) and more inclusive spaces for all staff, clients/customers, and other relevant parties. Through explanations, videos, testimonials, and group discussions, participants will learn how to better support the 2SLGBTQ+ people they interact with.

We are happy to provide training about 2SLGBTQ+ people with a specific focus that meets your needs. Please inquire about your specific request. Some possibilities may include:
- Creating Positive Change in Medical Environments
- Addressing the Mental Health Inequities for 2SLGBTQ+ People

Elearning
Rainbow Resource Centre is excited to offer a new way to get 2SLGBTQ+ DEI training to every member of your team as quickly and efficiently as possible. With more businesses seeing the benefits of making their workspaces and policies more inclusive, it can be difficult to get everyone the training they need when they need it.
Rainbow’s new eLearning courses, developed by professionals and based on decades of 2SLGBTQ+ learnings, are focused on the social issues happening right now. This new format allows you to buy licenses for your whole team, letting them learn at their own pace while giving you the ability to track their progress. eLearning is a great solution for onboarding, responding to workplace incidents, and informing ongoing policies.
