"Rainbow Resource Centre's Drag Artist in Residence program is not only a great opportunity for local Drag Artists to grow, showcase their talent, and explore their creativity; It's also a great platform to showcase local Drag and celebrate the art we create!" - Anita Stallion
During their residency, the Drag Artist will be empowered to create a fresh piece of art. You'll have the freedom to choose from a wide range of creative outlets like visual art, photography, fashion/costume installations, digital art, curating a show, poetry, or musical performance.
We want to empower Drag Artists to explore new creative territories and really push the limits of your Drag expression. So, go ahead and let your imagination run wild! 🌈
The Drag Artist in Residence Program at Rainbow Resource Centre is designed to provide you with an incredible platform to showcase your talent and contribute to the vibrant 2SLGBTQ+ community. With a year-long duration, this program offers numerous opportunities for you to engage, evolve, and excel in your craft.
