Egale's Study on Unemployment and Underemployment of Two Spirit, Trans, and Nonbinary People
Egale is engaging in a national research project focused on identifying biases that underlie employment barriers limiting the economic participation and prosperity of Two Spirit, trans and nonbinary people.
They are seeking participants who:
- Are Two Spirit, trans, or nonbinary people
- Are currently working for an Employment Service Organization (ESO) or who have worked for an ESO in the last five years
- Live in Canada
- Are aged 16 years or older
- Have access to the internet or a smartphone
- Are capable of providing consent
- Can participate in English (for interviews)
- Can participate in English or French (for survey)
