Youth Program (Ages 14-17): Linocut Print Making

In this workshop we will be learning how to make our own linocut block prints from local artist Dylan Carr (they/them) @bed_crumb_printz! 

Linocut printing is the art of stamp carving and although it is fun for everyone, it is especially useful for artists who want to accessibly make duplicates of their art and customize their own clothes, notebooks, cards, stickers, etc! You will be provided with everything you need to carve and print on paper or fabric patches, but you are also welcome to bring your own clothing to print on as well! Wear some clothes you don’t mind getting messy and prepare to dig into the meditative process of Linocut printing!
