Sonya Bertoncello-May
Sonya is the Community Relations and Events Manager for Rainbow Resource Centre and focusses on increasing awareness and donations for the Centre.
She worked for six years as a campaign manager at United Way, thirteen years at a call centre, and eight years at Nite Out Entertainment, where she learned the art of promoting, creating events, and working with celebrities.
Sonya's community involvement includes volunteering with Take Pride Winnipeg, Brush Up Winnipeg, SNOW Night, Winnipeg Harvest, and Siloam Mission. She has participated in walks for Manitoba Mutts, Winnipeg Humane Society, and has volunteered with two Winnipeg Pet Rescue Galas.
A Disney fanatic at heart, Sonya believes dreams do come true! She loves to laugh and believes having fun in a workplace is a MUST! If you're having a bad day, come see Sonya. She loves people, animals, and travelling!
