In addition to providing maintenance support at Rainbow Resource Centre, Randy is also a photographer, security guard, and all-around handyman.

Randy is a certified engineering technologist and an electronic service technician level 1, holds a class two driver's license, and has won Best In Show at a photography exhibit in Minneapolis.

Involved in the community for many years, Randy has volunteered with or participated in Breaking Barriers, Pride Winnipeg, Over The Rainbow, Metropolitan Community Church (in bringing their regional convention to Winnipeg), and the Pride Pancake Breakfast at Club 200.

In his spare time, Randy loves to dance, hence the moniker "Randy Man Dancer", and plays a mean air keyboard.

Randy loves the diversity of people he meets and works with at Rainbow Resource Centre and the accomplishing of goals here in the community and in the world around us. Randy is a 30-year veteran of Rainbow Resource Centre, from the days of stuffing envelopes around the table at the old 222 Osborne location.
