Evan Maydaniuk
Evan (he/him/his) is a proud Ukrainian-Canadian and citizen of the Red River Métis Nation who is excited to bring his fundraising talents to the Rainbow Resource Centre. He holds a BBA degree from the University of Winnipeg where he focussed his studies on non-profit management and has since earned his CFRE certification (Certified Fund-Raising Executive).
His journey into fundraising began by chance when he stepped in to help address funding gaps at the Manitoba Association for Rights & Liberties (MARL) in a volunteer role, and through this experience, he discovered his passion for the art of fundraising. Outside of work, Evan is a dedicated volunteer, having served as President of the Manitoba Association for Rights & Liberties and Parade & Rally Director at Pride Winnipeg. Currently, he serves on the School Committee Board at Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet and is President-Elect at the Association of Fundraising Professionals Manitoba Chapter.
