More commonly known as the “Front Desk Guy,” Craig is the first point of contact for anyone that walks in, calls, emails, or reaches out through social media. He does his best to answer any questions people have, to provide them with the resources they need, or refer them to appropriate professionals and agencies. As is common with most “front desk” roles, Craig does a little bit of everything and knows the answers to almost all questions.
